Mr Hugh Edwards of Prestatyn, Flintshire was the father-in-law of Sir Wynn Wheldon, Secretary and Registrar of the University College of North Wales. In the late 19th century he was the secretary of the London Welsh Choir. No further biographical information was available at time of compilation of description.
